Led by Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita and West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey, the group of Republican officials penned a letter to Garland in response to his statements made in Alabama, where he discussed the Justice Department's actions against laws in conservative-leaning states pertaining to voter ID regulations and measures to secure mail-in voting procedures.
